LLB PhD in Law.

Olena is admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia. She is also admitted as a solicitor in the National Bar Association of Ukraine.

Olena is registered as a migration agent with the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA).

Since 2011, she has been working only in Australian Immigration law.

Olena’s experience in Australian Immigration law is comprehensive . From employer sponsored work visas, general skilled migration, spouse, family (parents visa) and protection visas, visa cancellations matters to the tribunal appeals and reviews.

She gained experience in Australian Immigration law working with the commercial law firm, Turner Coulson Immigration Lawyers, and assisting the not for profit immigration organisations.

Working at Turner Coulson Immigration Lawyers, Olena received a broad exposure to the employer-sponsored work visas, general skilled migration, partner visas, visa cancellations matters, tribunal appeals and reviews.

Being truly passionate about immigration law she generously donated her time as a volunteer at the Asylum Seekers Centre of NSW and the Immigration Advice & Rights Centre.  These experiences helped Olena  develop a valuable experience in protection, refugee and humanitarian visas.

Olena has a reputation for honest, ethical and realistic advice. This attribute, combined with her many years experience in Australian Immigration law, enables her to provide tailored strategies to her clients that meet their immigration goals.

In Australia, Olena is a graduate from the University of New South Wales with a Bachelor of Law.
