Before migrating to Australia, Olena completed her legal studies in Ukraine and was admitted to legal practice in Ukraine as a solicitor. She successfully practised commercial law and litigation in Ukraine for 7 years. During that time Olena also completed her PhD research in Law and was awarded PhD in Law.
In Australia, Olena is a graduate from the University of New South Wales with a Bachelor of Law. Olena was admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia in 2014.
She has been registered as a migration agent with the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA) since 2014.
Being a migration agent in Australia, Olena has been practising exclusively in the area of Australian Immigration law.

She gained a valuable work experience in Australian Immigration law working with the leading commercial law firm in Sydney, Turner Coulson Immigration Lawyers, and assisting the not for profit immigration organisations such as the Asylum Seekers Centre of NSW and the Immigration Advice & Rights Centre.
