Before migrating to Australia, Olena completed her legal studies in Ukraine and was admitted to legal practice in Ukraine as a solicitor. She successfully practised commercial law and litigation in Ukraine with the leading commercial law firms. During that time Olena also completed her PhD research in Law and was awarded PhD in Law.

In Australia, Olena is a graduate from the University of New South Wales with a Bachelor of Law. Olena was admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia in 2014.

She has been registered as a migration agent with the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA) since 2014.

In Australia, Olena has been practising exclusively in the area of Australian migration as a registered migration agent.

Olena’s experience in Australian migration is comprehensive. From partner and prospective marriage visas, business visas, employer sponsored work visas, skilled visas, student visa, parent visas, protection visa, visa refusals and cancellations matters, applications for Australian citizenship and to the AAT appeals and reviews.

She gained a valuable work experience in the Australian migration law working with the commercial law firm Turner Coulson Immigration Lawyers and assisting not for profit immigration organisations such as Asylum Seekers Centre of NSW and Immigration Advice & Rights Centre.
